A vet contacted us for help with a chimney leaking water into the house. Upon research of the roof determined that the roof was installed incorrectly and wasn't sealed correctly around the chimney. Contacted "Bacon's Home Improvement". He gave us a discounted cost of repair and the repair was completed correctly. He also noticed the front stairs were in bad condition and rebuilt them for free labor. Materials were paid for by vet.

From a lead at the Farmers Market booth we visited a vet with house problems. He had two problems one was an old oil burner that may not make it to this winter and unsafe stairs going from the deck to the back yard and driveway. We started on the stairs while we looked for a new boiler. The Derry Rotary club offered free labor and guidance for the project. We changed the location of the stairs to the side of the deck. This would assist in better access to the driveway without the danger of slipping on ice in the winter.
